The coach has broken down on the way to collect the children from Caythorpe Court.  We are awaiting confirmation of when the replacement bus will arrive to collect them from the centre and bring them home.  At present we do not envisage this will be until at least 5pm, but as soon as we have further information we will update the website.

All had a lovely morning full of activities.  Completed trapeze, so many brave children jumping from 20ft (perfectly safe I promise!!)  Water fights galore to cool down.  All staff making sure they have sun cream on.  Pizza for lunch, yummy!  Climbing and quad bikes this afternoon finishing with evening entertainment of a bonfire.  Another tiring but exciting day.

Having a fab time!   All children had a great night at the disco.  For some children 7.30am breakfast is very early, lots of tired eyes this morning.  Went to sleep a lot quicker and are ready for a busy day – lots of climbing, quad biking and challenge course.  Teamwork will be needed today!  Looks like it is going to be another hot and sunny day – enjoy the peace and quiet they are back tomorrow and will be keen to share their stories!

Children have had a fun morning – full of energy but feel a bit tired now.  All had a lovely lunch.  Today’s lunchtime activity was Aeroball (cross between trampolining and volleyball! They have to use the bounce from the trampoline to stop their friends scoring goals whilst trying to score some themself. Very energetic!)  Weather hot and sunny like here.  Favourite activity so far is rifle shooting.  Tonight they will be a busy getting ready for the disco – choosing the right outfit.  Then hopefully they will go to sleep quicker tonight as they have  had such a busy day!!!

All children have settled in well, enjoying their en-suite rooms.  A busy night of activities; all in bed trying to sleep by 10.30pm, although last group did not get to sleep till 2am and first group were up at 5am.  Some children are going to be tired today!!!  Had a lovely breakfast at 7.30am, now getting ready for activities.  Today they have fencing, archery, rifle shooting, giant swing and survivor (den building in the woods – great fun).  All groups will do four activities today; I am sure they will have lots of stories to tell you and funny pictures to show.
